The primary responsibility for this role is providing advice, guidance, and support to a variety of businesses in a truly generalist capacity.

What You'll Do

  1. Build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Execute on local implementation of key people initiatives in alignment with the HR partner team.
  2. Coach, develop, and support managers to increase their capability.
  3. Utilize company data to support managers in achieving business results.
  4. Provide observations to leadership to support efficiency and scalability. Advise management on change management.
  5. Support the business in implementing a culture that brings out the best in our people.
  6. Advise on local labor law regulations. Upskill managers and employees on relevant people processes and policies.
  7. Ensure we have the best people in the right roles. Partner with the business to drive top performance.

What You'll Bring

  1. Generalist HR experience is essential for this role.
  2. Good working knowledge of local employment law and HR best practices.
  3. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken, with the ability to develop positive relationships across all levels and functions.
  4. Proven track record of positively influencing teams.
  5. Ability to connect and engage with all teams at all levels and treat everyone as equal.
  6. Comfortable working in a developing, fluid, and constantly changing company.
  7. Ability to handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
