Summary

Support FP&A Management with data analytics

Primary Responsibilities

• Supporting business partner within organization with needed information and showing opportunities for success
• Ensuring internal and external reporting needs

General Tasks

• Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial statements and management reports according to US GAAP together with the existing controlling team
• Support of budgeting and reporting processes including developing financial targets, key metrics, multi-year financial projections and alignment of financial and operational objectives
• Business partner in all related FP&A processes
• Involvement of the group wide strategic planning process
• Support in the forecasting process across the global business, define deliverables, and help drive better business outcomes
• Provide analysis of new business opportunities, customer pricing, new product development
• Active monitoring of the business process for the operative, short- and medium-term planning of sales, including by coordinating the budget planning and budget updating, evaluating, and creating forecasts
• Support in the investment planning and capital approval process
• Assist in special projects as needed.

Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies

• English fluency is a must, German would be beneficial
• Relevant university education
• Experience in a manufacturing company desired
• Controlling basis knowledge required, background in cost accounting and profitability analysis a plus
• Very good MS Office skills - especially Excel
• SAP Knowledge (FI, CO, IM, PS, MM, PP) and Oracle Knowledge desired
• Goal-oriented communicative skills
• Analytical, structured, and systematic way of working
