Our Tesla locations – Tesla Centers in DACH and Eastern Europe for sales, delivery, and service - are on the front lines of our mission. The Facility team provides operational support to enable our locations to run as efficiently and effectively as possible and provide an exceptional experience to our employees and customers. The Facilities team manages repair, maintenance, upgrade, and inspection projects critical to Tesla’s infrastructure growth while ensuring Tesla Centers meet evolving standards. This team partners with local Sales and Service teams, other Tesla departments, and external vendors.

What You'll Do
  • Handle daily incoming Facility requests for Tesla locations and coordinate with vendors
  • Manage and resolve escalations related to repair/maintenance requests and recurring services
  • Communicate with stakeholders on facility initiatives and projects
  • Manage invoices, verify work completion, approve payments, and support vendor invoicing processes
  • Serve as point of contact for vendors and internal teams regarding R&M requests
  • Onboard new/small vendors regarding contracts, KPIs, and SLAs
  • Create purchase orders and oversee invoices to support facility services and assets
  • Conduct regular site visits to foster positive relationships
  • Support new store openings and post-handover programs
  • Review facility costs and spending with managers
  • Provide emergency support as needed
