Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Building Projects Lead based in Hamburg to plan and deliver complex building projects. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams and develop technical strategies with clients and project partners, ensuring tight control of scope, quality, costs and schedules.

You will actively manage client relationships, chair project meetings, and represent the firm to clients and stakeholders.

• Take responsibility for the planning and successful delivery of complex building projects


• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams


• Manage project scope, quality, costs, and schedules


• Develop technical strategies and project solutions together with clients and project partners

Requirements

• Degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification


• Extensive knowledge of HOAI


• Several years of professional experience in the planning and management of complex building projects


• Experience in project leadership and stakeholder management


• Strong understanding of project economics, cost control, and schedule management


• Excellent communication and presentation skills


• Experience leading, developing, and motivating project teams


• Entrepreneurial mindset


• Enjoy building long‑term client relationships


• Very good German skills and good English skills
