Jobtailor in Berlin seeks a skilled Building Services Engineer to contribute to planning and design of mechanical systems for complex projects. You will develop technical concepts across HOAI service phases and create BIM models and planning documentation.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will perform technical calculations, support tendering and procurement, and help advance sustainable design using Revit and MagiCAD.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in building services engineering, building technology, energy engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Initial relevant professional experience at a planning or engineering consultancy.
• Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
• Interest in BIM-based planning methods.
• Initial experience with Revit and/or MagiCAD is desirable.
• Enthusiasm for technical challenges and sustainable building technology.
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Very good German skills and good English skills.
