Job Description:

HR IT is responsible for managing and strategically aligning global HR systems. This includes maintenance, support, and continuous development of our systems. We work closely with HR and COO units, managing over 100 systems, including many SaaS solutions. HR IT is an international team based in Eschborn and Pune, operating in German and English.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for the ongoing optimization and maintenance of the German SAP Payroll, including scope management.
  2. Identify and manage technical projects to maintain service levels.
  3. Participate in CTB projects to adapt SAP Payroll to legal and functional requirements.
  4. Implement change requests in our production environment, potentially providing L3 application support.
  5. Ensure users receive accurate data and applications, involving code changes or configuration adjustments.

Your Skills and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or Business Informatics or equivalent education/experience.
  2. Experience in application development/architecture, SAP ABAP, SAP customization, Adobe Forms, Interface Management.
  3. Knowledge of SAP HCM and payroll SAP PY.
  4. Experience working in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum).
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
  6. Fluent in German and English, written and spoken.
