Responsibilities :

  • Coach, offer support, and help oversee the day-to-day tasks of our sales team.
  • Assist the team in educating prospective and existing clients regarding service offerings and the company's technology solutions.
  • Support the team in the implementation and execution of regional business development strategies.
  • Develop unique methods to organically motivate team members and increase productivity.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback to enable team and rep success
  • Identify, qualify, and help the sales representatives cultivate relationships with prospective and existing clients through referrals, networking at meetings and conferences, and other means.
  • Creatively problem solve to continuously improve the company's business development approach, including building strategic territory business plans.
  • Research and understand sector-specific issues, leaders, trends, and news events relevant to the diverse industries the company serves.
  • Generate business opportunities through professional networking and solo research
