Job Description:

Job Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and business development strategy for Razer across the EMEA region.
  • Deeply understand the gaming community, youth, and millennials in the EU to shape messaging and brand positioning.
  • Lead and develop a regional marketing team, collaborating with internal and external partners to create and implement comprehensive GTM strategies.
  • Strengthen brand presence, foster innovation-led differentiation, increase product consideration, and drive profitable revenue growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency and act as the brand guardian.
  • Strategize and implement marketing plans supporting sales and revenue objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives using KPIs and ROI metrics to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and execute marketing and PR strategies focusing on the UK, France, and Germany.
  • Align retail channel strategies and regional targets with sales leadership.
  • Coordinate retail product launches and manage budgets effectively.
