A leading company in the healthcare sector is seeking an Associate Director of Employee Relations based in Munich. The role involves managing employee relations cases, advising on HR policies, and ensuring compliance with German regulations. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in employee relations and strong communication skills in both German and English.

Location: Munich
Reporting to the Head of International Employee Relations in the UK, this role manages labour and employee relations cases in Germany, based in Munich.
