Your Mission

As Senior Manager Data & Digital Product Lifecycle Life Sciences, you will lead large-scale transformation programmes that modernize digital product lifecycles using data and cutting-edge technology. Operating at the intersection of data and process innovation, you will guide Life Sciences clients across R&D, manufacturing, and quality with scalable, compliant, and intelligent solutions. We need you to transform the Future of Life Sciences.

What Awaits You

Leadership in Large-Scale Digital Transformation: You will lead major transformation programmes for top Pharma, Biotech, and MedTech clients across Europe, combining data strategy, digital platforms, and PLM to drive real-world impact.

End-to-End Strategic Ownership: From vision to execution, you’ll shape digital product lifecycle roadmaps, architect data-driven solutions, and ensure high-quality delivery across cross-functional and cross-regional teams.

Executive-Level Engagement & Influence: You’ll work directly with VP and C-suite stakeholders to craft business cases, shape digital strategies, and represent the firm at industry forums. Your leadership will drive decisions and results.

Cutting-Edge Innovation & Collaboration: Collaborate with experts across Data & AI, Cloud, and Engineering to co-create smart, compliant, and future-proof solutions – including AI-driven manufacturing, digital twins, and next-gen regulatory systems. You’ll also contribute to thought leadership and digital solution development.

What We’re Looking For

You hold a degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable field

You have at least 10 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry (Pharma, Biotech, or MedTech) with deep expertise in MSAT, CMC, NPI, Tech Transfer, and formulation development

You have proven leadership experience in the implementation of PLM or enterprise data strategies

You are familiar with PLM systems (e.g. Dassault, Siemens, PTC) and data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Azure, AWS)

You have experience working with GxP-regulated data and compliance requirements

You are fluent in English and bring strong executive-level communication skills, strategic foresight, and a willingness to travel as needed
