An established industry player is seeking an Associate Director for Oncology communications to enhance its external presence and reputation across Europe and Canada. This role will support therapeutic area communications for Oncology and Haematology, including marketed products and pipeline assets. Working in close collaboration with the Corporate Affairs team, the Associate Director will shape the Company’s external-facing Oncology presence and reputation in key markets across Europe and Canada. They will establish relationships with Oncology leadership and cross-functional teams in order to develop and execute local communication strategies that reflect Global Oncology and Haematology priorities and business objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity:
You will have a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 8+ years in product or pipeline communications. Fluency in English and one of the following languages is required: Italian, Spanish, French, or German. The role requires onsite presence at least 3 days a week in Dublin, Munich, or Milan, with international travel (15-20%) primarily within Europe and to the U.S.
