Jobtailor is seeking a skilled professional to join our Demand and Supply Chain Planning team, specialising in Oracle digitalisation solutions for upper mid-market clients. You will lead the design of intelligent processes tailored to client needs and manage turnkey implementations with change management.

Responsibilities include analysing processes, configuring Oracle systems, and delivering training while applying data-driven forecasting and planning to optimise complex networks.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years’ professional experience in process management or organisation, preferably in demand and supply chain planning or related fields.
• Experience in analytics or data-driven forecasting is a plus.
• Initial experience in supply chain management, logistics or production is desirable.

• Advise international upper mid-market clients on production of industrial goods.
• Analyse and optimise business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions.

Focus: Digitalised processes and Oracle enterprise applications
The goal is clear: to achieve business process excellence with Oracle® digitalisation solutions! You will lead discerning clients toward the digital future, working closely with them to design intelligent business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalisation technologies can realise their full potential. Using agile and hybrid methodology models, you will configure enterprise software systems precisely tailored to the client’s business processes and be responsible for the turnkey implementation and the associated change management.

Responsibilities

• Advising our international clients in the upper mid-market sector on the production of industrial goods
• Analysing and optimising business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions
• Providing support with the implementation and configuration of Oracle standard applications
• Bringing expertise in data-driven forecasting and planning (e.g., S&OP, MRP, advanced analytics), combining this with in-depth end-to-end process knowledge, and using your systems expertise (ERP/APS) to strategically optimise complex supply networks
• Modelling and specifying production-related SCM and planning processes
• Delivering training sessions and workshops for users
• Occasional travel to client sites

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, engineering, logistics or a related field
• At least 2–3 years’ professional experience in industry, preferably in process management or organisation, but also in demand and supply chain planning, quality management or the sourcing/procurement departments of manufacturing companies
• Initial industry experience in supply chain management, logistics or production
• Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications or other ERP systems would be an advantage
• Analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex business problems
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
