Jobbeschreibung

The Associate Director Brand Management RTE (Ready-to-Eat portfolio) will play a key role in scaling our Ready-to-Eat brands (Factor & YouFoodz) across HelloFresh Group's international markets. This role is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and growth within our Ready-to-Eat product category. These strategies will define target audiences, brand guidelines, key messaging, and translate into marketing plans in collaboration with local teams.

The role supports our Factor brand across European markets and YouFoodz as a single-market brand in Australia. As part of the International Brand team, this role acts as a connector between local Factor teams, Product, Product Marketing, Brand Management for Meal Kit brands, Growth/Channel teams, and Consumer Insights. The position is based in Berlin, with frequent travel to Amsterdam.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in shaping brands, driving brand equity, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints to foster growth. Given the growth of our RTE portfolio and the structure of the Factor EU team, the individual must work in an agile and entrepreneurial manner, supporting local teams and leveraging central resources to accelerate brand growth.

The Associate Director reports to the Senior Director of Brand Strategy and Marketing within the International Brand team.

What you'll do
Strategic Brand Development :
  • Collaborate with Sr Director Marketing Factor EU and local Growth Leads to refine and augment the Factor brand positioning to ensure product/market fit in European markets.
  • Define the portfolio roles of RTE alongside Meal Kit brands in international markets, partnering with the International Brand Management team to grow market share and revenue.
  • Build insights on RTE category trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine brand strategies with the Market Research and Insights team.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across markets and brands.
Brand Identity and Messaging :
  • Oversee the evolution of visual identity, packaging, messaging, and tone of voice for EU markets in partnership with the Creative Team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across channels and campaigns with in-house creative teams and local Growth Leads.
  • Develop key messaging, claims, and proof points in collaboration with Product Marketing.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Support local teams in delivering localized marketing plans, including performance channels, PR, events, and assets.
  • Define media strategies and optimize creative performance with Channel Leads and local teams.
Brand Performance and Measurement :
  • Monitor brand equity and health metrics in partnership with Market Research & Insights.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges for product innovation or communication based on performance data.
  • Create best practices to ensure efficiency as the marketing model evolves.
  • Lead with agility, coordinating quickly across teams and leveraging central expertise while maintaining entrepreneurial flexibility.
