Role Overview: Associate Director Enterprise

Focus on driving new business and developing our go-to-market strategy for the DACH region. You will assess, grow, and lead the current sales team to expand Deel’s presence across the region and beyond.

The ideal candidate will build and optimize scalable processes to sustain growth across geographies, demonstrate high market knowledge, and possess significant C-suite connections in DACH. You should be a self-driven people person capable of implementing systems, processes, and growth strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, drive, and execute sales strategy in DACH to engage clients and prospects
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals through personal effort and team leadership
  • Manage sales activities, including local hiring, new business, and account management, building relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Track pipeline, develop, and communicate accurate forecasts to senior management
  • Create and implement business plans to meet commercial objectives in DACH
  • Foster alignment and collaboration between Sales and Services teams
  • Ensure high productivity and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and other divisions to provide market feedback and support
  • Support senior management in key hires and regional business development
Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years in sales, business development, or tech operations
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong understanding of HR and FinTech sales space
  • Analytical with strategic research, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional track record in nurturing business relationships in DACH
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in SaaS, HR, payroll, or fintech companies
  • Leadership experience in fast-growing startups
  • Experience working in remote, distributed teams
