This role involves close collaboration with Wachsman’s Swiss, Irish, and UK offices, with opportunities for visits and collaboration. The position operates through English, and applicants should submit their CVs in English.

Responsibilities include:

1. Executing PR campaigns as part of a team.
2. Supporting senior staff with internal and external communications for clients.
3. Drafting press materials and content.
4. Handling press and client inquiries.
5. Issuing press releases and pitching to international reporters.
6. Monitoring media daily and reporting findings.
7. Engaging directly with clients regularly.
8. Creating and tracking social media plans and campaigns.
9. Planning and executing paid digital search and social campaigns.
10. Conducting industry research and generating story ideas.
11. Building and maintaining media relationships to enhance coverage.
12. Supporting and training executives.

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years of PR agency experience post-university.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Web3, finance, and business/economics is preferred.
• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for clients.
• Business-level fluency in English; German or Italian language skills are a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid team environment.
