Your day at NTT DATA

Associate Commercial Architects support all commercial aspects of a project, including contract design and negotiation, project and price calculation, risk assessment, and sales support.

What you'll be doing

• Independently handle commercial tasks for simple projects or support (Senior) Commercial Architects in complex projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Legal teams to structure contracts.
• Identify deviations from company standards and develop solutions.
• Manage commercial aspects of the project: business model, P&L, cash flow, customer prices, risk register, financing (if needed).
• Responsible for risk identification and assessment.

Commercial Assurance and Governance

• Work with Bid and Pre-Sales teams to present commercial parameters at country management level.
• Ensure projects comply with company policies and contractual terms align with internal and external requirements.
• Utilize standard templates from the European Commercial Center of Excellence.

Commercial other

• Actively support the improvement of commercial tools and processes.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, ideally in Business or Business Informatics.
• Good numerical understanding.
• Proficiency in Excel; basic knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Additional skills like VBA, Access, Power BI, or Power Apps are advantageous.
• Customer focus and understanding.
• Solution- and result-oriented work approach.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility and ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Willingness to develop further.
