As an Associate Client Relationship Manager you will maintain and grow revenue streams from both existing client accounts as well as from prospects / new logo. You will be developing (up and cross sell) and maintaining relationships within the client and leveraging Korn Ferry internal resources to ensure maximum revenues are generated over the longer term.
The Associate CRM will work for mid-sized to lager (inter)national client accounts/prospects and will also build the Korn Ferry profile and reputation and demonstrates leadership qualities across the team.
The sales will often be for solutions that are integrated (cross-category e.g., Total Rewards & Organization Strategy) or meet a variety of business challenges. To achieve this, cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and key account management and business development skills are critical.
