Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Software Sales Team during the order process, ensuring timely and accurate handling of all orders.
  2. Manage and monitor contract renewals, ensuring timely extensions and identifying renewal opportunities.
  3. Maintain and update existing contracts in collaboration with the Lifecycle Management team to ensure contractual compliance.
  4. Build and nurture relationships with manufacturers and channel partners to develop joint sales strategies and ensure successful sales activities.
Candidate Profile
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation.
  • Excellent English and native-level German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with clients and partners via phone, email, MS Teams, and WebEx.
  • Broad IT knowledge, ideally with experience in system houses, to answer technical questions effectively.
  • Knowledge of Cisco products is mandatory; familiarity with Fortinet, Juniper, Palo Alto, and Zscaler is a plus.
  • Quick learner with an independent work style, proactive attitude, and willingness to travel for internal meetings.
