To support us, we are looking for an Associate (f/m/d) to join our team as soon as possible, contributing to our consulting projects and business development. The position is particularly suitable for early career professionals with relevant internship experience.

Tasks that will inspire you:

• Market analysis: researching and analyzing global tenders, market information, and competitors
• Support in the preparation of project proposals, together with subject matter experts
• Being part of consulting projects and analyzing datasets processes, preparing documents and presentations
• Other responsibilities in business development and project delivery

Qualifications that matter for us:

• The foundation of your success is a completed university degree in an aviation-related, business, or technical discipline.
• Ideally, you possess some know-how in the airport business sector. You complement your theoretical knowledge with relevant practical experience gained through internships or working student positions, preferably in the aviation industry.
• You always maintain a strong focus on the needs of both internal and external clients and are committed to meeting these needs.
• Your analytical thinking skills, as well as your independent and reliable working style, speak for themselves.
• Thanks to your excellent command of English and German, both written and spoken, you can navigate confidently in an international work environment; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Last but not least, you hold an access authorization for the security area.
