In your first 3 months you will:
Complete our comprehensive 1-month onboarding program and learn the most powerful and impactful techniques to support you in achieving your goals
Understand the Productsup platform and familiarise yourself with the e-commerce/marketing technology SaaS environment so that you can articulate the Productsup value proposition to your prospects
Proactively identify, hunt and generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, prospecting, and lead generation activities in the DACH Markets.
Together with your dedicated Account Executive, identify top-priority accounts and develop a strategy to maximize awareness and generate new business opportunities.
In your first 6 months and beyond you will:
Have a thorough understanding of the Productsup platform and e-commerce environment
Know our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and the key personas to target
Book and coordinate discovery calls for our Account Executives
Meet and exceed individual KPIs (e.g., outreach volume, meetings booked, pipeline value)
Continue building your sales pipeline by scheduling meetings with qualified prospects
Gain and deepen your business knowledge through researching how different businesses operate, leadership structures and challenges they face every day
Understand prospect pain points, gather technical requirements and correlate business value to customer needs
Keep learning about market and industry trends, as well as the latest BDR techniques, in order to become a Trusted Advisor to your prospects
Start working on an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with your manager to determine your career goals and growth possibilities

6 months - 1+ year of professional experience in sales. Experience in SaaS or tech is a plus, but not a must — we hire for attitude and potential
A “hunter” mindset — you’re not afraid to pick up the phone, knock on virtual doors, and get creative in your outreach.
Comfortable working towards weekly and monthly targets
Fluent in German, both in spoken and written communications
Self-motivated team player who thinks ‘out of the box’, energetic, dedicated, driven, with a willingness to learn
Knowledge of ChatGPT is a plus!
Ability to have discussions at all levels within all businesses from enterprise to mid-market across all sectors, speaking with Directors, VP’s and C-Level executives
Comfortable with ambiguity – change is constant and important to the success in the start-up/scale-up world
