A leading global e-commerce company is seeking an Associate Account Manager (Brand Specialist) in Hamburg. The role involves driving brand growth through strategic partnerships and operational excellence, along with daily data analytics. Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and structuring a short- and long-term strategy focused on brand growth and Customer Satisfaction.
You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand’s experience with AVS demonstrates our customer obsession. You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement new ideas and processes within Amazon EU, such as Product Category Management, Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Marketing, fostering your skills and future career development.
