Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) is a paid B2B service that helps strategic brands partner with Amazon to grow their business. As an Associate Account Manager (internal title: Brand Specialist), you will gain 360-degree exposure to all areas of e-commerce at a Pan-EU level, owning the relationship with your brand and developing both short- and long-term strategies focused on brand growth and customer satisfaction.
You will act as a consultant, driving selection and promotional activities, monitoring success metrics daily, and ensuring the brand’s experience with AVS reflects our customer obsession. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Amazon EU to implement new ideas and processes, such as category management, supply chain, finance, and marketing, fostering your skills and career growth.
