Amazon is hiring Associate Account Executives (AAE) to help businesses grow awareness and sales of their products using Amazon’s advertising offerings. This full-time role is ideal for an entry-level or early career candidate interested in launching a career at the intersection of advertising and sales, with a track record of achieving ambitious goals and strong analytical problem-solving skills, and who enjoys working with both well-known and emerging brands.
As an AAE, you will start with a 12-week sales training program alongside 5-10 peers, where you will learn about the digital advertising industry, become an expert in Amazon’s advertising products, and understand how these products help brands grow their businesses. You will develop skills in building business relationships, exceeding customer expectations, educating advertisers on digital growth strategies, and honing presentation and negotiation skills. You will receive training and coaching to prepare you to independently manage advertiser relationships and a book of business after training.

Ideal candidates are fast learners, excellent presenters, strong communicators, effective listeners, and project managers capable of balancing multiple priorities. Candidates should be comfortable prospecting, cold-calling, and negotiating via phone and in-person meetings.
