Privatal is seeking an Investment Associate to join a private equity fund advisory team. The candidate will support deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio value creation across the DACH region.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in a senior analyst/associate role, experience from a PE fund or bulge-bracket bank, and fluent German and English. The role offers confidential recruitment and clear career progression within a fast-moving platform.

Qualifikationen

Privatal is currently mandated by a private equity fund in its search for new fund professionals to support their next phase of growth. They are a pure-play midmarket private equity investor who invests in business services with platform investments and has an HQ in the DACH or Benelux region.

Investment Associate

• Experience as a senior analyst, junior associate, or associate with ideally 3-4 years of experience
• Experience from a private equity fund and/or a bulge-bracket investment bank
• Experience in sourcing and working on deals in the DACH region, as this is their core region
• Experience in working in business services and its adjacent sectors, such as TICC, professional services, IT services, logistics services, financial services services and other multi-side organisations.
• Native German and fluent in English is seen as essential
• A hardworking mindset as the input is going to be the output in terms of learning, career progression, and commercials.
