Job Description:

To support our team, we are looking for an Office Management & HR Assistant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible, who will accompany our growth with passion, organizational talent, and an eye for people.

In this versatile role, you will proactively support us in the areas of Office Management, HR & Culture, and actively contribute to the daily operations of the Private Roof Club. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

  • Planning and organizing cross-team appointments such as team meetings and team events
  • Support with administrative tasks, such as secretarial duties, incoming and outgoing mail, and supplier management
  • Development and implementation of team-building measures
  • Administrative support in bookkeeping and preliminary payroll accounting
  • Support in the shift planning of our teams
  • Assisting in the preparation of employment law contract annexes (employment contracts, permanent contracts, promotions, etc.)
  • Recruiting support: applicant management, creating job profiles, managing interview processes
  • Designing and optimizing onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Development and implementation of feedback and development processes
Qualifications
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in office management, HR, assistant roles, office administration, or similar.
  • Initial experience in preliminary payroll accounting or recruiting is a plus, but not a must.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor
  • Structured and solution-oriented way of working.
  • Willingness to support beyond your own responsibilities in other teams.
  • A hands-on mentality and you are bursting with initiative.
