Your seat to fill
  • In this very trustworthy position, you will be entrusted with the 360° support of all administrative, coordinating and organizational tasks
  • Support the Vice President Marketing in his daily business activities
  • Work hand in hand with our management assistant team, stepping in for holiday cover and keeping the office running seamlessly
  • Work closely with the commerce department and assist in special projects for the department
  • Preparing for the meetings and ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Taking over the scheduling and maintenance of the calendar and preparing presentations
  • Keep our document management organized and ensure deadlines are always met

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification (e.g., office clerk, hotel manager, foreign language correspondent)
  • First professional experience in a similar role (executive assistant/team assistant (m/f/d)) – ideally in an international environment
  • Initial experience in the field of marketing is an advantage
  • Excellent MS Office skills that make multitasking easier
  • Fluent in both English and German, with strong communication skills
  • Structured, organized, and motivated to juggle multiple tasks with ease
