This part-time position (20-25 hours/week) is available immediately and offers you the chance to support day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, and prepare essential decision-making materials. You'll ensure smooth communication between the Managing Director and international internal and external stakeholders
You'll manage and archive documents, meeting notes, and reports within a remote environment
You prepare and review financial documents and invoices
You'll be responsible for customer and contact management
In close coordination with the team, you'll help create and distribute our monthly newsletter, ensuring content is well-prepared, timely, and aligned with our communication goals, including our website presence
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and feel confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders across cultures.
You have a bachelor's degree in any social science or business, first job applications and re-starters welcome
You're tech-savvy and keen to work with digital collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics and Copilot, and curious about exploring new ai tools
You enjoy working in a hybrid, international environment You are proficient in English (C1 level) and have good language skills in German; additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, or Arabic are a plus
