Are you an organized and proactive professional looking to make a significant impact? Join our dynamic, international team in Cologne as the Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d). This part-time position (20-25 hours/week) is available immediately and offers you the chance to support day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, and prepare essential decision-making materials.   • You'll ensure smooth communication between the Managing Director and international internal and external stakeholders
  • You'll manage and archive documents, meeting notes, and reports within a remote environment
  • You prepare and review financial documents and invoices
  • You'll be responsible for customer and contact management
  • In close coordination with the team, you'll help create and distribute our monthly newsletter, ensuring content is well-prepared, timely, and aligned with our communication goals, including our website presence
  • You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and feel confident interacting with internal and external stakeholders across cultures.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in any social science or business, first job applications and re-starters welcome
  • You're tech-savvy and keen to work with digital collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, especially Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Dynamics and Copilot, and curious about exploring new ai tools
