At Alpine Eagle, we are a team of specialists with backgrounds in defence, aerospace engineering and machine learning, building the first airborne, swarm-based system to provide protection against the rising drone threat. We believe that recent conflicts have shown the malicious and disruptive potential of drones in both civilian and defense scenarios. In addition, we are convinced that the next step in counter-drone is air-to-air. We want to ensure that all governments and institutions that believe in personal freedom and the rule of law have cutting edge solutions to protect against this rising threat.

As Assistant to our CEO, Jan-Hendrik Boelens, you’ll be a key part of the inner workings of our company. You’ll help ensure that the CEO’s time and energy are focused where they matter most, while keeping his day-to-day operations organized, efficient, and running like clockwork.

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Meetings & E-Mails: Coordinate and manage appointments, book meeting rooms, prepare agendas and materials in advance, and ensure the CEO's inbox is well-organized by prefiltering emails, prioritizing important messages, and maintaining a clear overview for efficient decision-making
  • Travel Management: Organize all aspects of travel - flights, accommodation, transfers, and detailed itineraries.
  • Preliminary Accounting: Support basic accounting processes, such as handling invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Admin Support: Take care of general administrative tasks including document management, correspondence, and report preparation.
  • Ad hoc support: Be the go-to person for a variety of tasks that support the CEO and team in their daily work.

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Experience as an executive assistant, ideally in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Strong organizational skills with a love for detail and structure
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Fluent in German and English
