Your seat to fill:


  • You will be entrusted with the 360° support of all administrative, coordinating, and organizational tasks in this highly trusted position
  • You prepare meetings and ensure appropriate follow-up
  • You take over scheduling, maintain the calendar, and create presentations
  • You are responsible for document management, budget planning, and meeting deadlines
  • You manage the day-to-day schedule of the Senior Director, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • You prepare and follow up on meetings, ensuring all relevant information and materials are available in advance
  • You draft, format, and proofread internal and external communications, emails, reports, and presentations
  • You support the broader Corporate Architecture team with organizational topics and team activities

  • You have successfully completed studies in business administration or a comparable commercial training (e.g., office clerk, hotel manager, foreign language correspondent)
  • You bring professional experience in a comparable position (e.g., executive assistant, team assistant) within an international environment
  • You are proficient in using MS Office
  • You speak and write fluently in both English and German
  • You work in a structured and well-organized manner and are willing to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • You have a positive and winning attitude
  • You hold a valid driver’s license (Class B)
