Your Qualifications
Education
- Completed commercial training or studies
Experience
- Relevant professional experience in the commercial field, preferably as an assistant
- Experience in project management
- Experience in working with children is an advantage
Professional Skills
- Very good understanding of business processes, preferably in the real estate sector
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent German and English

Your Tasks
Personal
- Coordinating the CEO's personal appointments, private events and travel
- Booking flights, hotels and transportation for private travel, ensuring the availability of relevant travel documents
- Taking care of purchases for personal needs, as well as researching and ordering gifts
- Managing personal correspondence via email, telephone or in person
- Maintaining personal documents, archiving important records and creating reports as needed
- Participating in or supporting personal projects or initiatives of the CEO
- Coordinating household chores, childcare, repairs, cleaning staff and maintenance work
- If interested, insights into real estate and financial management
Business
- Responsible and proactive support of the management in all organizational, operational and administrative tasks
- Close support of the management and the division managers in their day-to-day business
- Planning, organization, preparation and follow-up of meetings, appointments, events and business trips for the management
- Research on and planning as well as support of events and innovations for our company, creation and preparation of texts, presentations and evaluation of data and statistics
- Preparing and handling internal and external correspondence and documents for signature
- Project work in the field of corporate communications
- Assisting in the preparation of decision-making bases and strategic developments
