Job summary

Phorms Kinderbetreuung Baden-Württemberg gGmbH seeks an Assistant Teacher / Educator for its Erlenbach/ Heilbronn campuses to support teachers and nurture a bilingual, intercultural learning environment. You will assist with day-to-day lessons, observe students, track progress, and liaise with parents and staff.

The role offers part-time or full-time hours and relocation support for eligible candidates. Fluency in German and strong English skills are required, along with a recognised educator

Qualifications

• Recognised qualification as an educator or degree in education.
• Passion for working with young adults in an international setting.
• Fluency in German and native-level proficiency in English.
• Identification with our pedagogical concept and the motivation to implement it creatively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teachers with day-to-day lesson-related tasks.
• Observing and supporting students in class and regularly monitoring their progress.
• Communicating with parents, colleagues and external organisations.
• Collaborating with the teacher in the classroom as well as supporting individual students.
