SchoolBrowse is seeking a motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our bilingual nurseries in Heilbronn, Erlenbach, Weinsberg and Bad Friedrichshall on a part-time or full-time basis. About the school

Josef-Schwarz Schule - Erlenbach is part of the Phorms Education network, which has operated bilingual German-English nurseries in cooperation with the Schwarz Group since 2006. The organisation currently runs five nurseries across Heilbronn and the surrounding area, with an additional centre scheduled to open in Bad Friedrichshall at the beginning of 2026. Children aged 0 to 6 are supported through an open, partially immersive concept that places bilingualism, music and STEM at the centre of a needs-oriented approach. Facilities feature well-equipped functional rooms and outdoor play areas.

The role

We are seeking a motivated and qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our nurseries in Heilbronn, Erlenbach, Weinsberg and Bad Friedrichshall. The position is available on a part-time or full-time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Provide holistic support for children across cognitive, emotional and creative development
• Prepare, conduct and follow up parent meetings
• Carry out regular observations of each child’s holistic development and abilities

Requirements

• Certified training as an early childhood educator, a degree in education or a comparable qualification recognised by local authorities for specialist or supplementary staff roles
• Strong identification with the pedagogical concept and motivation to implement it collaboratively within a team
• Interest in co-creating new pedagogical methodologies and contributing to continuous organisational development
• Enthusiasm for working in a bilingual and international environment
• Committed team player with a motivated and reliable approach
• Fluent English skills and German language proficiency at a minimum of B2 level
