- Support the Store Manager in all store-related matters and apply strategies and best practices in customer service collaboratively with the team.
- Represent the Store Manager in daily operations (e.g., cash register, stock, visual merchandising, floor) and possibly in personnel topics (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager.
- Enhance the store's performance through professional customer advice, exemplary teamwork, and efficient processes while adhering to our retail standards.
- Share responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion.

- Proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge). You serve as a role model for the team and develop it in your deputy store management role to achieve excellent performance through constructive feedback and support on the sales floor.
- Confident handling of digital tools, high ambition to develop further, sense of responsibility, and flexibility in time management.
- Affinity for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry and initial experience in team leadership roles such as deputy store manager, assistant shop manager, or similar in a service-oriented sector (e.g., retail, hospitality, tourism).
