1. Support the Store Manager in all store-related matters and apply strategies and best practices in customer service collaboratively with the team.
2. Represent the Store Manager in daily operations (e.g., cash register, stock, visual merchandising, floor) and possibly in personnel topics (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager.
3. Enhance the store's performance through professional customer advice, exemplary teamwork, and efficient processes while adhering to our retail standards.
4. Share responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion.

• Authentic, optimistic personality with a strong entrepreneurial and open mindset.
• Proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge). You serve as a role model for the team and develop it in your deputy store management role to achieve excellent performance through constructive feedback and support on the sales floor.

• Affinity for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry and initial experience in team leadership roles such as deputy store manager, assistant shop manager, or similar in a service-oriented sector (e.g., retail, hospitality, tourism).
