The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for maximizing sales in accordance with company standards by guiding, motivating, and developing on-floor staff. They ensure the proper distribution of personnel according to customer flow and commercial objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the Store Manager.
2. Supervise the store in the absence of the Store Manager.
3. Support the development and growth of team members in coordination with the Store Manager.
4. Promote role learning through proactive, team, and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
5. Identify effective solutions to adapt staffing levels to customer and market needs.
6. Manage commercial events effectively in collaboration with the Store Manager.
