Role: Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager leads the sales team to achieve and surpass sales and KPI targets, promotes brand engagement, and acts as a representative of the Store Manager, executing tasks delegated by HQ and the Store Manager.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to maximize business opportunities.
  • Assist in overseeing store operations, visual merchandising, client service, and sales.
  • Support in achieving sales and qualitative goals.

Talent development includes creating a positive work environment, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, and keeping the team motivated and knowledgeable about fashion and luxury.

Brand promotion involves acting as a Balenciaga ambassador, ensuring consistent client experience, developing client loyalty, and building a network within the luxury industry.

Process management includes ensuring compliance with legal and internal standards, executing Retail Excellence guidelines, managing inventory, and improving current processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): client retention, CRM, omnichannel engagement, back-of-house efficiency, sales density, conversation rate, UPT, cross-selling, team productivity, training completion, turnover rate.

Qualifications: Proven managerial experience, significant sales experience in luxury retail, team management skills, high client sensitivity, excellent interpersonal skills, organized, adaptable, fashion and product sensitivity, high responsiveness, curiosity.
