We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for our Frankfurt store as a parental leave replacement for 2 years.

What will your daily work involve?
  • Supporting and relieving the Store Manager in administration, operational management of the boutique, and personnel leadership (leading your own team)
  • Achieving sales targets and goals for the boutique
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily operations
  • Providing professional, service-oriented customer care for both local and international clients
  • Taking responsibility for a specific product area after training and onboarding
  • Supporting decoration and presentation in the sales area
  • Maintaining and securing merchandise
  • Checking incoming goods and managing inventory
What do you need to be successful with us?
  • Experience in a comparable position
  • Engagement, enthusiasm, and resilience
  • Strong organizational skills, positive and confident demeanor, entrepreneurial thinking, sensitivity, and attention to detail
  • A passion for sales and service, familiarity with merchandise management systems, and customer service
  • Proficiency with modern media and enjoyment in using them efficiently in daily work
  • Fluent German and excellent English skills; additional languages are a plus
