Job Description: Assistant Store Manager at Rituals

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to support the Shop Manager in all aspects of store operations at our new store at Frankfurt Airport. Your role will include:

  1. Supporting the Shop Manager with store operations and implementing strategic, solution-oriented approaches to customer service with the team.
  2. Acting as a deputy for the Shop Manager in daily operations (e.g., cash register, stockroom, visual merchandising, shop floor) and assisting with personnel matters (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with the Store Manager.
  3. Driving store performance through professional customer service, effective teamwork, and efficient processes, ensuring compliance with retail standards.
  4. Sharing responsibility for achieving sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion initiatives.
  5. Exhibiting an authentic, optimistic personality with a strong entrepreneurial and open mindset.
  6. Being a proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (English: fluent; German: intermediate proficiency). Leading by example and actively supporting the team on the shop floor to drive top performance through constructive feedback and guidance.
  7. Working confidently with digital tools, demonstrating motivation to grow and develop, and being responsible and flexible with working hours.
  8. Having a passion for beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle products, with initial experience in staff supervision as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role in a service-oriented industry (retail, hospitality, gastronomy, tourism).
