1. Support the Store Manager in all aspects of the store, applying strategies and best practices in customer service with the team.
2. Represent the Store Manager in daily operations (e.g., cash register, stock, visual merchandising, floor) and possibly personnel issues (e.g., staff scheduling, recruiting) in coordination with your Store Manager.
3. Enhance the store's performance through professional customer advice, exemplary teamwork, and efficient processes, adhering to our retail standards.
4. Share responsibility for sales and customer experience goals, including KPI management and sales promotion.

• Authentic, optimistic personality with a strong entrepreneurial and open mindset.
• Proactive brand ambassador with excellent communication skills (German: very good; English: basic knowledge); you serve as a role model for the team and develop it in your deputy store management role through constructive feedback and support on the sales floor.
• Confident handling of digital tools, high ambition to develop further, sense of responsibility, and flexibility.
• Affinity for the beauty, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry and initial experience in team leadership roles such as deputy store manager, assistant shop manager, or similar in a service-oriented industry (e.g., retail, hospitality, tourism).
