At Brammibal's Donuts we're looking for an Assistant Manager (gn) to join our FOH team in Hamburg.

Brammibal's Donuts is a vegan donut company, founded in 2015 by our two CEOs Jessica and Bram. After years of being based in Berlin, we expanded our business to Hamburg in October 2022. We are now running two cafés and a bakery in Hamburg and want to grow even more in the future to change the perception of plant-based food - one donut at a time.

As Assistant Shop Manager (m/f/d), you will assist the Shop Manager with the day-to-day running of your store, keeping a close eye on the financial performance, motivating and training your team to perform at a high level every day, and most importantly, lead by example.

Our teams always succeed in making our customers feel welcome and providing them with a warm and friendly experience.
As part of our FOH Management team, you are the face of Brammibal's Donuts. Serving our customers with a big smile, helping them with your donut expertise, and brewing the most delicious cup of coffee is the most important part of your job.

We are a growing company, and the goal of this position is to take on a shop of your own in the future. We will support you in this goal, providing you with the training and the tools you need for the job.

About you

• Previous experience in a leadership/supervisor position
• Experience in the restaurant/hospitality/tourism industry
• You love customer service and go out of your way to make each customer feel special
• A love for donuts! Knowing our product is key
• Experience with specialty coffee would be a plus
• Ability to speak English (some German would be a plus)
• You are trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
