Zusammenfassung

VEACT GmbH recherche un(e) assistant(e) commercial(e) pour soutenir les directeurs des ventes dans leurs tâches quotidiennes. Vous gérerez les documents de contrat et aiderez à optimiser les processus de vente. Ce poste est idéal pour quelqu'un avec une formation commerciale solide, une maîtrise de l'allemand et de l'anglais, et une passion pour l'industrie automobile.

Supporting the country/sales managers in their daily tasks

Managing and processing of contract documents and billing processes

Support and coordination for our international sales pipeline

Preparation of presentations and other sales-relevant documents

Continuous analysis & optimization of internal processes

Assisting in developing and creating the international sales acquisition milestone planning

Who you are and what you bring:
  • Complete commercial apprenticeship or a comparable course of study
  • English and German at C1 level
  • Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Curiosity, growth mindset, and openness to new ways of doing things
  • A healthy amount of flexibility, adaptability, and can-do attitude
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working with a high level of team and customer orientation
