Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a Project Manager to oversee technical deployments in collaboration with Convergint Specialists and Project Management teams.

You will act as the primary interface for customers, drive on-time, on-budget project execution, document change orders, and monitor risks to minimize impact on cost and schedule.

Strong MS Project and office suite skills are preferred, with 3–5 years in engineering, field service, or project management contexts.

Qualifikationen

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years engineering, field service or project management.
• Experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, or healthcare.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Basic project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems)
• Developing project financial skills.
• Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

• Acts as key interface with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules, specifically responsible for documenting all change orders for jobs to ensure all local hours are captured as well as Integrated Project Management team costs.
• Identifies potential project risks and assists to develop/implement strategies to minimize impact and develop and implement strategies for controlling deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Requirements
