GE Vernova is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead budgets, scheduling, and risk management across global projects. You will communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams, guiding projects from kickoff to completion.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership, and presentation skills, with a proactive mindset for process improvement and strong customer focus. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution (desired).
• P.Eng., PMP/APM certification (desired).
• Experience with power generation systems (desired).
• Practical knowledge of GE Vernova products is beneficial (desired).
• Strong attention to detail and time management to meet deadlines.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for technical/business audiences.
• Proactive ownership and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Continuous improvement mindset and ability to implement process improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; working knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
