Jobtailor seeks a skilled nursing educator to guide NCLEX preparation through customized learning plans and interactive coaching. You will assess progress, grade assignments, and provide targeted feedback to support learner success.

In this role, you will facilitate sessions, participate in faculty activities, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards while leveraging Canvas and Microsoft Office tools for online delivery.

Qualifikationen

• MSN degree required.
• Experience facilitating concept-based nursing education.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, preferably Canvas.

• Support and prepare assigned learners to achieve NCLEX success through meaningful interactions and customized learning plans.
• Monitor learner progress and maintain open communication, including grading and attendance tracking.
• Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments.
• Complete initial and final evaluations for learners and graduates, with transcript clearance recommendations.
• Attend NCLEX faculty meetings and contribute to committees and shared decision-making.
• Maintain certification records per accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards.

• Monitor learner progress and maintain open communication throughout the coaching process, including grading and attendance tracking for assigned activities
• Develop, outline, and facilitate scheduled study sessions and 1:1 coaching appointments
• Complete initial and final evaluations for assigned learners and graduates, and make recommendations for transcript clearance
• Attend NCLEX faculty meetings, participate in committees, and contribute to shared decision-making and faculty activities as required
• Participate in the implementation of functional projects as they arise
• Maintain certification records as required by accreditation, facility, or state board of nursing standards

Requirements

• MSN required
• Availability and commitment to serve across all three academic semesters each calendar year
• Doctorate preferred
• Experience facilitating concept-based nursing education
• Proficiency in at least one learning management system (LMS) — Canvas preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and other technology platforms used in online nursing education delivery
