The young investigator group Dynamic electrocatalytic Interfaces at HZB works in close cooperation with the Helmholtz Institute Erlangen-Nuremberg for Renewable Energies (HI ERN) and the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg (FAU). The group is based in Erlangen though essential parts of their activities take place at HZB. We are looking for dedicated support in all administrative matters. You will support the coordination of activities between the Erlangen (HI ERN, FAU) and Berlin (HZB) locations, take care of general office manager tasks and oversee administrative processes related to our research projects (e.g. requesting and allocating funds, travel expense reports, data collection). For this it is essential to maintain regular contact with the administration at HZB, HI ERN and the FAU university administration. Therefore proficiency in English and German is required. The place of work is Erlangen.
Fixed term contract for 36 months. The position is a part-time position with 50% hours a week. The salary is based on the Collective Agreement for the German Public Service (TVöD-Bund).
