Shepherd Neame is seeking an Assistant Manager with energy and enthusiasm to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect role for you.

Located next to the River Stour in the medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has welcomed guests since Tudor times. Recently refurbished, this historic riverside retreat offers a luxurious experience with modern comforts. Sandwich is also popular with golfers, being close to Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs.

As an ambassador for our brand, your responsibilities will include covering duty manager shifts, supporting management in fostering an inclusive culture, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
