Job Mission

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and supporting strategic initiatives through in-depth market analysis, business performance evaluation, and competitive benchmarking. This position requires a strong understanding of the automotive industry, focusing on European markets, business performance, and industry trends.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Market Intelligence Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough analysis across key European markets to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats for the automotive business.
    • Analyze market share, sales performance, and PESTLE drivers to provide actionable insights that inform business strategies.
    • Analyze market metrics for automotive-related businesses, helping shape future viable business models beyond car sales.
  2. Strategic Support:
    • Develop go-to-market plans and strategies for future business models based on analysis and business requirements.
    • Assist in the formulation of regional business plans to enhance market penetration and growth.
    • Support long-term Powertrain forecasts through data-driven market assumptions and sales projections.
  3. Business Performance Evaluation:
    • Evaluate business performance using data-driven insights to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver relevant market insights.
    • Analyze dashboards and present key metrics and reports to stakeholders with a focus on improvement areas.
  4. Collaboration And Reporting:
    • Work closely with various departments to provide market intelligence supporting decision-making.
    • Present findings and insights to senior management through reports and presentations.
Education
  • University degree or equivalent in business, mathematics, engineering, economics, or related fields.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
  • Experience in writing business reports relevant to the automotive sector.
  • Experience using automotive data insight databases (e.g., S&P, Jato).
  • Experience analyzing big data.
Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Effective collaboration in multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of BI tools like Tableau is beneficial.
  • Advanced skills in data analysis with large datasets.
