at the Kia Europe Headquarters in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
Job mission:
As an In-Dealer CX Planning Assistant Manager, you’ll help shape howcustomers experience Kia dealerships across Europe. Working at the intersection of retail operations, customer experience, and digital transformation, you will analyze in-dealer journeys, identify pain points, and support the development and implementation of initiatives that elevate the overall customer experience.
You’ll work closely with Channel, Sales, Ownership Experience, CRM and HQ CX teams to translate strategy into seamless, real-worldexperiences at the dealership level — both online and offline.
Your responsibilities:
Evaluate in-dealer customer experiencesby analyzing KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics (., NPS, NCBS), and feedback from B2C and B2B customer studies
Design and improve online/offline customer journeysbased on the findings above, to close experience gaps and support business growth
Propose solutionsthat align with Kia’s regional Strategy (Drive, Charge, Connect, Work) and the targeted customer journeys
Support rollout and adoptionof new in-dealer CX tools, services, and guidelines across markets together with the support of HQ
Coordinate these initiatives with Channel, Sales, Ownership Experience, and CRM teams, as well asEV and B2B CX Planning Managers, to ensure the integrity of the customer journey across all touchpoints.
Stay up to datewith emerging trends in physical and digital retail, and help bring innovative ideas into practice
3–5 years of experiencein automotive retail, network development, or customer experience roles
Strongknowledge of dealership operations, customer touchpoints, and commercial workflows
Hands-on experience with sales funnel analytics, customer journey mapping, and CX process design
Comfortable working with KPI dashboards, CX tools, and cross-functional data
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex projects
Highly collaborative, with excellent communication skills in English (additional European language is a plus)
Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
