Assistant Manager | New Store Opening | Fashion Retail

Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join an amazing specialist retailer as their new Assistant Store Manager! We want someone who is energetic, personable and passionate about delivering a high level of service to clients and customers in Hamburg!

This role will be responsible for supporting a brand-new store opening so you will be working closely with the Store Manager to recruit new team members and set the highest of standards!

You will be eager to bring a high level of service to customers, be passionate about visual merchandising and ensuring all brand standards are achieved. We want our new assistant manager to be proud of where they work, showcase that in everything you do and create a fantastic shopping experience.

This is a multi-functional role that covers all aspects of managing a store in the absence of the manager, networking, as well as taking responsibility for personal appointments, online orders and despatch of orders to customers. We need a leader who is strong from an operational perspective, is organised, diligent and has a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities as an Assistant Manager:

  • Able to sell and engage with customers about highly technical and advanced apparel and equipment
  • Have high visual standards across all store areas
  • Drive performance and sales through a premium experience and service
  • Create an environment that creates an excellent experience for customers
  • Responsible for co-ordinating all online orders
  • Operationally responsible for deliveries
  • Managing all aspects of customer feedback and correspondence
