Responsibilities:

  • All activities in connection with the administration and formal processing of industrial property rights in Germany and abroad
  • Processing of incoming mail, independent file management, including notation and monitoring of deadlines
  • Correspondence with the offices and external patent law firms or service providers
  • Correspondence with the Freudenberg Business Groups and other specialist departments

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as a patent paralegal or career changer with several years of professional experience in a patent department of an industrial company or patent attorney's office
  • Solid knowledge of general secretarial tasks, office organization, patent management software, online tools of the offices, as well as MS-Office
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • The ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
